Natural Networks is involved in many peer groups and the continuous opportunity to learn, grow, and strategically develop next steps when it comes to cybersecurity, technology, and business is endless. Recently, we had the advantage of attending a business conference hosted by Robin Robin’s where Kevin O’Leary and Marcus Lemonis spoke. O’Leary is a serial entrepreneur, ABC’s Shark Tank co-star, and a business coach. He is known for his role as the “critical” judge on Shark Tank, but most importantly, his strategic business decisions and coaching—he has over 50 investments. Lemonis is known to be the “business turnaround king” and star of CNBC’s series, The Profit. He is the chairman and CEO of Camping World and Good Sam, the nation’s largest RV and outdoor retailer and the largest RV owner’s organization. Our CTO, Anthony Polselli, was able to gain insider information on his mechanism of thinking and tips to help Natural Networks grow and develop more. The main takeaways we gained and will expand upon are listed below.
Confidence. One must be confident in their work, business, passion, and industry in order to grow. Natural Networks started from the love of computers and the desire to learn more about them by fixing technical problems and helping people be successful with them. Today, we have a team of over 15 people who all fell in love with the language of computers.
Ability to execute. Like Natural Networks, being adaptable to change in any industry and studying it will give you the power to execute projects, plans, and action items. Our drive to unravel puzzles and finding solutions allows us to excel at any project we do. Customer service. Without customers and consumers, any business will fail. We mastered the art of appreciating and providing quality customer service by building strong relationships with our clientele. Cybersecurity. During the conference, the importance of cybersecurity was highlighted multiple times. O’Leary increased spending on cybersecurity by 42% for his own businesses.
